Terms and Conditions

How to enter:

• You must complete an entry by posting a comment to this page with your proposed event name and why you chose that name.
• Fill in your contact details and press submit.
• Entries will be assessed for suitability of content before being posted to the site.
• This is a game of skill and the answer judged as the most creative will win the prize.  No correspondence will be entered into.
• Multiples entries per person will be accepted.

Competition Dates:

• The Competition opens Thursday April 1st and runs to Tuesday 27 April, with judging taking place on Thursday 29 April. The winner will be contacted by email and posted on our website.

Prize includes:

• A two (2) night midweek accommodation package in a two (2) room habitat (for up to 4 people) at Alpine Habitats, 11 Wollondibby Rd, Crackenback NSW
• You will also receive a tasting platter and free tasting at Thredbo Distillery for up to four (4) people
• Total prize Value $500
• Standard accommodation term and conditions apply, booking subject to availability and black-out periods apply during peak season.
• All transport and additional costs must be paid for by prize winner.

Prize conditions:

• Prizes are non transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
• The promoter takes no responsibility of the quality/suitability of any of the goods/services offered as prizes.
• The prize must be used by October 31st 2010 or as otherwise agreed by Alpine Habitats management.
• Entrants can be under 18 years old but must have a parent or guardian accept the prize on their behalf.  You must be over 18 years old to book accommodation at Alpine Habitats.
• All material submitted to the competition remains the property of the Old Bus Depot Markets.

A redraw will be held if:

• Incorrect contact details have been provided
• Winner fails to collect prize within 30 days
• If a redraw is necessary it will be drawn on June 30th 2010
• If multiple entries are received the first entry received via the time stamp on the website will be deemed to be valid.
