Old Bus Depot Markets ‘Name our Green Day’ Competition

This year we’re hosting a great new event and we want YOU to help us name it! It’s all about being Green and offering businesses and community groups the chance to hold a stall at the markets to help people understand what fantastic products, services and concepts are out there to assist us to care for our planet.
We are planning to stage showcase demonstrations, product reviews, organically produced foods, organic clothing, and more. There are so many new things around and we want to host the creative side of being green and sustainable.
Calling it “Green Day” we think is boring (and it’s already taken by an American rock band) so think outside the square and come up with a more creative suggestion for our special day. Every entry has the chance to win a two night accommodation package in the Snowy Mountains staying at Alpine Habitats. Situated on the Alpine way – right next door to Thredbo Valley Distillery, makers of Wild Brumby Schnapps – you’ll be staying in one of the 18 eco-certified habitats and enjoying the serenity of staying on the edge of Kosciuszko National Park. Enter the competition by posting your entry below. Make sure you include your name and email address when you enter. We will take up to 24hrs to approve your entry and will post it to this page so check first to make sure someone hasn’t taken your idea for an event theme name first!
